ACW reserves the right to amend our T&Cs at any time.

All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are non-inclusive of mailing charges.
All prices are strictly non-negotiable.
All paid orders are strictly non-cancellable.
All sale orders are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
All e-vouchers & member discounts are not valid for all sale/special offer items. Combining of e-vouchers and/or member discounts are strictly not allowed. Once store credits are utilised & if orders are cancelled/not paid up for within stipulated time frame, store credits will be deemed as used.
Gift Vouchers are only allowed to be utilised once. Any excess/unused amounts will be forfeited & cannot be refunded in cash.
After orders are confirmed, cancellation/partial cancellation of orders is strictly not allowed. Please refrain from deadbuying with Anticlockwise.
Request for refunds will not be entertained after payment has been made.
Please verify that all details provided in your order are accurate before making payment. Regular postage fees apply for all parcels returned due to incorrect/insufficient address. Kindly take note that if there is no response or if top-up is not received within 30 days, parcel will be disposed.

Product Information

Colour of your item may differ due to different computer resolutions.
You should also allow for 1-2" difference for all apparels as every piece is manufactured individually and differently.
Therefore, Anticlockwise will not be responsible for any color/quality/item discrepancies or sizing differences for all items.

WAITING TIME FOR BACKORDERS

Please do not place your order if you are not comfortable with the waiting time. In situations where there are unfortunate delays, refunds are strictly not allowed. However, we will definitely do our best to rush out your items.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns for Instock Items are accepted within 10 days from shipped date except for the following:

- Sale Items
- Seasonal CNY Items (Floral Pieces etc.) - ONLY Size exchanges are allowed
- Items purchased during storewide promotions where returns are strictly not allowed

Returns & Exchanges are allowed in situations where there are sizing misfits, defective items or when the wrong item/size was shipped. However, to qualify for an exchange or refund, all items must be returned unwashed & unworn.

Please take note that the colour of your item may differ due to different computer resolutions. Also, you should allow for 1-2" difference for all apparels as every piece is manufactured differently. Therefore, Anticlockwise will not be responsible for any color/quality/item discrepancies for all items.

All minor defects (loose threads, inner defects which cannot be seen on the outside etc.) will not qualify for the Returns & Exchange Process.

Exchanges are strictly not allowed for products purchased from third parties.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCESS

Anticlockwise reserves the right to reject all returns & exchanges. Items mailed back without prior agreement will not be entertained. Please write us an email to enquiries@anticlockwise.sg with your Order number and Snapshots of the item to enquire if your item has qualified for the Returns & Exchange Process. Items returned will be further inspected and if defects are not found upon physical inspection despite earlier photos/evidence, returns & exchange will be rejected.

For items that are deemed defective, exchanges will be made for the similar item only. If the item is still available, the correct product will be sent out within 1-2 working days after notification from customer. For exchanges carried out via mailing, we will be following the method according to your first purchase.
If courier service was chosen, a new piece will be sent to you via Roadbull who will then retrieve the wrongly sent/defected piece at your doorstep to complete the exchange upon delivery of the new item.

If normal postage was chosen, a stamped envelope will be placed inside the new parcel. Customers should then use the stamped envelope provided to return the defective item by dropping it at their nearest post office/post box.
 
In the event that the item is out of stock, a full refund will be processed within 5 working days after receival of returned item. Postage costs incurred (non-inclusive of envelope & packaging fees incurred etc) in this situation will be borne by Anticlockwise. Please note that customers are strongly encouraged to return the defective item via Smartpac/Registered Mail as ACW is not responsible for any missing parcels.
 
For incorrect item/sizes/colours sent, the correct product will be sent out within 1-2 working days after notification from customer. For exchanges carried out via mailing, we will be following the method according to your first purchase.

For exchange of sizes/colours due to a misfit or change in customers' preferences, exchanges can be arranged within 10 working days after item is shipped. Customer can choose either a different design, colour or size that suits your preference. 
 
In the event that preferred colour/size is out of stock & customer is not willing to wait, a credit note equal to the value of apparel will be issued. The credit note will be valid for one month from date of issue. Please however note that postage fees paid during the order will not be included in the credit note as it was already incurred at point of first delivery.
 
If you are looking at changing your item for a different design which is of a higher value, a top up is necessary. If you are changing your item for a different design which is of a lower value, refunds will only be made in store credits.
 
We also allow for returns in exchange for store credits if you do not have any particular item that caught your eye at the moment. The store credits will be valid for one month from date of issue.
 
For exchanges due to preference done by mailing, postage costs incurred to and fro during the mailing exchange will have to be completely borne by the customer.

Users should agree that all content & datas displayed on www.anticlockwise.sg belong solely to Anticlockwise. We do not allow any reselling of Anticlockwise products. Permission has to be granted before any reselling can take place.

Contents may be used without prior permission ONLY for personal & non-commercial purposes. However, all users should credit the content to either Anticlockwise or www.anticlockwise.sg. In addition, all changes & editings to our web content is strictly prohibited.
